If your server is dedicated.
1. Enable mod_rewrite.so in your httpd.conf.
2. Set your home directory in your httpd.conf as:
     <Directory />
         AllowOverride All
     </Directory/>.

If your hosting is a shared one.
    Please contact your hosting provider for help.
